Tootles & Slightly opened for business in 2003. Initially, we
maintained both brick-and-mortar and internet store fronts, but in
2006, we transitioned to a solely internet business model. In order
to remain competitive, while maintaining excellent customer
service, we conduct all customer communications via email. And to
ensure our customers' privacy and security, we only accept payments
via PayPal. All of our
merchandise is stored in, and ships from, a smoke-free,
climate-controlled facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Due to
the dramatic increases in shipping costs in recent months, we cannot
ship outside of the continental United States. If you have any
